I would say the atmosphere was not pushy; that everyone was courteous and helpful. The salespeople were very knowledgeable about their product. We were surprised how affordable the Suzuki line of vehicles is and how we were able to get into one of our 1st new vehicles.

Jordan and Spencer helped me out a lot during my car buying experience. They did EVERYTHING they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my New Suzuki.
Everyone was SO helpful and friendly, NOT pushy like a lot of car dealerships. When I wasn't thrilled with the ride (rougher than I wanted) a different car was suggested.
The Crossover had a great ride, great legroom, and great headroom for my husband. The price was very reasonable. We were greatlyt surprised and pleased at the Interest Rate and Payment Amount.
Everyone worked very hard to make his a GREAT experience.

You were the only dealership to talk to ME, not just my dad (and ignore my mother and myself).
I've never dealt with a salesperson like Randolph and hope that many other customers can work with him. He wasn't overbearing and showed me cars that worked best for my needs.

Kyle, Roger, and Adam were Great! Adam helped answer all my initial questions (I first saw the Reno on the Suzuki of Wichita website).
Kyle was my salesperson and did a FANTASTIC job! Roger took great care of financing and other questions.
Suzuki of Wichita went the extra mile (actually 300 miles) by finding a "Super-Red" Suzuki Reno with a Manual Transmission - even though they did not have one and could not get on allocation.
