My name is Lucas I work Mornings on Power 93.9 KDGS in Wichita. I would recommend Suzuki of Wichita to anyone of my family or friends. I had an amazing car buying experience with them. I think the part I enjoyed the most was the fact that the sales people were not pushy. They let me look around the lot at my own rate. They did not try to push any of the vehicles on me. They let me test drive the car I wanted. They also really worked with me to make sure I was able to buy the car I wanted. It was a car buying experience like I have never had. I am so used to being pushed around, but at Suzuki of Wichita I felt like they actually valued me as a person. 

When I finally decided that I wanted to buy the Suzuki XL7 the sales person sat me down and showed me all of the options, and I decided I wanted to get 20 inch rims. They actually ordered the Rims for me and installed them as well. I have never had a dealership go above and beyond the call of duty like Suzuki of Wichita did.

After I purchased the Suzuki they told me about free oil changes for life and I could not believe a dealership would do this. That is better than free money. They also told me about Suzuki’s number 1 warranty which is truly amazing.

A few days after I purchased the Suzuki XL7 the sales person called me to make sure everything was going well with the new vehicle. That is customer service. Over all I would say I am very satisfied with Suzuki of Wichita.

I’m Hailey from the Power Morning Playhouse on Power 93.9 in Wichita KS! I feel confident in recommending Suzuki of Wichita to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. I have been so pleased with every experience I’ve had with Suzuki of Wichita. I never felt any pressure from the sales staff when looking at vehicles and come to find out it’s because the sales staff is non-commissioned! When I got on the lot they let me have the freedom to look around at my own pace and really listened to what I was wanting out of a vehicle. Never once did they try to push a certain vehicle or a certain feature onto me if I expressed that wasn’t something I wanted. They also worked with me to find a vehicle that had all the features I wanted but that was also within my budget! 

I trust Suzuki of Wichita to give me honest information and to give the best care and service to my Grand Vitara that they possibly can! When I asked for an iPod adapter it was installed within days! I asked to have a carbon fiber dash trim and they made it happen!! When I expressed a concern about the noise and amount of wind coming into the vehicle when my sunroof is open, they suggested I install a visor! Plus on top of all that, Suzuki offered me America’s number one warranty and free oil changes for life!

As a woman, I very rarely feel comfortable at a car dealership and I can honestly say that I feel more than comfortable dealing with Suzuki of Wichita. I have called them on several occasions with questions and instead of making me feel silly for asking like some dealerships they take the time to make sure I understand what’s going on! I never thought I’d have fun buying a car but that’s exactly what happened at Suzuki of Wichita!

            All in all, I am super pleased with my experience at Suzuki of Wichita. The friendly staff, affordable pricing, and over the top customer service makes Suzuki of Wichita the only place that I will ever buy a vehicle!
