I just want to say thanks to Craig, Adam and Dusty.  You guys are great!  Since my credit isn't too great I really didn't think I'd have much of a chance to actually drive home in a car that was really of my choosing.  I thought I'd end up with something nobody else wanted but in fact by dealing with you guys I got to drive home with a car of my choice. 

You actually did work hard on my behalf.  You didn't pressure me to buy anything.  I made the choice and you guys worked the magic and stayed within my payment range.

I also have the impression that if I have any problems you will honestly work with me to resolve them.  I'd recommend you highly to anybody and do it with confidence.

The service was superb.  We received friendly, personal service.  Pre-sale: The staff expended time and energy to find the exact vehicle we were looking for.  It made the entire process actually fun and informative.  We truly appreciate the work and pleasantry of the dealership staff.  We would certainly refer them to anyone.  This was worth the 2 3/4 hour drive.

I looked online and inquired about a car I saw and was called within 45 minutes. We made an appointment for the next morning to come in and look at the selection. When I got there I was greeted in a welcoming way. We went and looked at different vehicles on the lot until I found the one I liked. We came in and Adam got the keys and warmed up the car and made sure all the ice was off of the windows.before we went for a test drive. Adam explained every thing possible about the SX4. Service was great. Everyone in the office was friendly and positive.
