Dear Scott,

I am happy to tell you that I am completely satisfied with my experience at your dealership.  The concept of non-commisioned salesmen is fantastic.  I think Josh was my salesman's name and I am pretty sure my car was his first sale at you business.  He did a great job showing me your cars and found answers to all my questions.  He showed what I wanted to see and did not give the usual run around that I sometimes find at car dealers.  His boss and the money guy did their jobs great too and I feel like I got a fair price and a great interest rate.  The best part was when they asked my wife to bang the gong.  They had no way of knowing that she is a little nuts and nearly emptied the place out when she hit it as hard as she could.  The look on everybody's faces was priceless.  I am still completely satisfied with my little red Cobalt that is getting better than 30 MPG and is almost paying for itself in saved fuel cost.  You will get straight A's from me.  Did I mention Josh was great?

Before coming to Suzuki of Wichita, I had been to several other dealerships. Every other one wanted at least $2,000 down because I have credit challenges. We came up the first time on a Friday and Spencer kept the West facility open late to accommodate me. He was able to get me approved in less than 10 minutes. We came back up on a Saturday and picked up our care and drove off with only $600 down. We are very proud owners of a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. Chris Wade’s presentation was way helpful, honest and hugely service oriented.  He answered all of my questions and I had many.  The questions he did not know the answers to he got the answer.  He did not just give me any off the wall verbiage to satisfy my concerns.  Dave Glasmann was also very customer oriented and he and Chris and the owner worked the miracle that worked for my and my budget!!  My favorite thing and most memorable is “Ride Home Happy!”  I am for their doing that great thing.  Trish was also very helpful and gave me some info on insurance.
