I looked online and inquired about a car I saw and was called within 45 minutes. We made an appointment for the next morning to come in and look at the selection. We came up the first time on a Friday and Spencer kept the West facility open late to accommodate me. He was able to get me approved in less than 10 minutes. Dear Scott,

I am happy to tell you that I am completely satisfied with my experience at your dealership.  The concept of non-commisioned salesmen is fantastic.  I think Josh was my salesman's name and I am pretty sure my car was his first sale at you business.  He did a great job showing me your cars and found answers to all my questions.  He showed what I wanted to see and did not give the usual run around that I sometimes find at car dealers.  His boss and the money guy did their jobs great too and I feel like I got a fair price and a great interest rate.  The best part was when they asked my wife to bang the gong.  They had no way of knowing that she is a little nuts and nearly emptied the place out when she hit it as hard as she could.  The look on everybody's faces was priceless.  I am still completely satisfied with my little red Cobalt that is getting better than 30 MPG and is almost paying for itself in saved fuel cost.  You will get straight A's from me.  Did I mention Josh was great?
